This position is responsible for the creative workflow process by projecting a professional company image through telephone interaction. Navigate and utilize the company's web site timely with proficiency and accuracy. Answer incoming calls from customers to take orders, respond to customer inquiries and invoice questions, handle complaints, troubleshoot problems and provide information.
