Senior Manager Customer Care Escalations

Marietta | Georgia | United States | 30067

PURPOSE
This position is responsible for handling all escalated customer complaints and product claims received via the telephone.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
Research and maintain records of product claims and or customer escalated issues
Provide superior customer service to internal and external customers in an effort to obtain the proper resolution
Build strong partnerships with various departments to assist with customer resolutions
Provide updates on issues that may require additional funds to resolve or approvals which assist in customer resolutions
Build solid partnerships with Buyers, Senior Directors Regional Operations and/or Legal Counsel with regards to escalating customer issues and resolutions

MINIMUM ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
High School Diploma (Associate’s degree preferred)
3-5 years of experience required
Proven problem-solving and team building skills
Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration in a professional setting
Must be detail-oriented and highly organized
Must possess excellent customer service skills and work well under pressure
Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment


WORKING CONDITIONS (TRAVEL, ENVIRONMENT)

The noise level in the work environment is typically quiet to moderate.

PHYSICAL/SENSORY REQUIREMENTS
Sedentary Work – Ability to exert 10 - 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or negligible amount of force frequently to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time, but may involve walking or standing for brief periods of time.
