We are seeking to hire a Manager, Retail Staffing to support our store operations sourcing, recruiting and staffing efforts. The Manager, Retail Staffing will report to the Director, Talent Management with a dotted line report to a Divisional HR Director. The Manager, Retail Staffing is responsible for managing the hourly talent acquisition process for a specific division of the business and sometimes across multiple divisions as required.
The Manager, Retail Staffing must be an effective and results driven leader with excellent interpersonal, team building and communication skills along with strong problem-solving and decision-making ability. This is an individual contributor role that supports store leaders with building talent pools to ensure bench strength for future growth.

Extensive auto and air travel with overnight stays.
Sedentary Work – Ability to exert 10 - 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or negligible amount of force frequently to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time but may involve walking or standing for brief periods of time."
