Purpose:
The Regional Inventory Coordinator works within Supply Chain and is responsible for partnering with stores, merchandising and store operations to support and execute inventory strategies that maximize sales and inventory productivity for Floor & Decor. To maximize sales and inventory productivity, it is critical that the Coordinator supports the appropriate in-stock positions in both the stores and distribution centers for all SKUs. The Coordinator will work closely with Regional/DC Strategist, stores, DCs, logistics, distribution, PO management, and merchandising. The Coordinator is responsible for managing SLIM Requests, ServiceNow Tickets, creating ISTs for inventory balancing, and ad hoc inventory management tasks as assigned by the strategists.

PHYSICAL/SENSORY REQUIREMENTS
Sedentary Work – Ability to exert 10 - 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or negligible amount of force frequently to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time but may involve walking or standing for brief periods of time.
