Recruiting Administrator

The primary responsibilities of this position are to support the needs of the HR and Recruiting teams. This includes supporting the requisition needs (opening, closing and posting of requisitions). This role will be responsible for sending letters to candidates, providing ad hoc information to the internal customers, and supporting the finding and booking of hotels for new stores.

major responsibilities

  • Post and unpost requisitions in Workday
  • Serve as system administrator for background checks
  • Send ad hoc reports out to internal customers as directed
  • Send out letters to candidates for Adverse Action using both the background check system and snail mail.
  • Keep a checklist/schedule of activities to perform for new store openings and identify hiring center host hotels to support the new stores. Book hotels against the expected timeline.
  • Provide day to day support to the team as requested
  • Other duties may be assigned as the business needs evolve

Minimum Eligibility Requirements

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify areas of opportunity and implement process improvements
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with all levels of the company
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Intermediate level Excel)
  • Must be detail-oriented and highly organized
  • Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment

Working Conditions (travel, hours, environment)

  • Limited travel required including car and air travel

  • The noise level in the work environment is typically quiet to moderate.

Physical/Sensory Requirements

Sedentary Work – Ability to exert 10 - 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or negligible amount of force frequently to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects.  Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time, but may involve walking or standing for brief periods of time.
