The purpose of the Product Content Operations Manager is to build and deliver best in class online product content that ultimately translates to measured sales both online and in stores. The right candidate will ensure that the product content strategy is executed with the necessary process, project management and technology needed to deliver a best in class experience online. Key responsibilities for this role are around new process development and improvement of efficiencies on existing processes, delivering all types of product content including online imagery, delivering store to digital experiences, specific online product content and expanding our product assortment in partnership with the merchant teams. This person will work closely with the product content strategy team, ecommerce user experience team, merchants and marketing to scope, size and or source the content to deliver the initiative on time.
A key, specific initiative of this position will be to dissect, re-engineer and deliver online product imagery through a process that builds on the efficiencies, technologies and resources amongst a very cross functional team. Another key responsibility of this role will be to develop a turn key store to digital experience program in partnership with the product content strategy team, store visual team and merchants.
