The Product Content and Product Q&A Specialist’s primary focus will be on providing answers to customer submitted questions. The questions will mainly be submitted through flooranddecor.com product Q&A functionality and FAQs sections. Through collaboration with other teams, this person will help determine if the answer to a question should be posted to the public or if the answered should be answered in private. The person who fills this role will be responsible for trafficking complicated questions that need to be answered by product specialists, legal, compliance or Store Operations.
Sharing information across departments is a key component to providing a consistent customer experience. Therefore, this person will be responsible for sharing the questions and answers with other departments. F&D has a knowledge base of information that is utilized across several departments. The Product Content and Product Q&A Specialist will utilize this tool to find answers questions but will also enter answers and product content to assist other departments including Customer Care, Learning, Store Operations & Digital Merchandising.
This position will help F&D gain insights into what customers want to know about our company, our products and our services. These insights will help drive other customer focused strategies.
