Pro Salesforce Analyst

Job Description:

Purpose

This position is responsible for the development, support and overall growth of our PRO Services and Commercial departments, through complete ownership of Salesforce.com. This Salesforce Analyst will oversee store training, reporting, and overall Salesforce analysis, to help identify areas of opportunity for improvement and execution of initiatives that will arise. This individual will be the "go-to" person for all things related to Salesforce for our stores and associates. This person will need to be a self-starter and be able to effectively communicate updates, opportunities and results to a wide array of audiences from Store associates to Executive leadership. This person will also need to be an expert in Salesforce.com and have a broader understanding of Customer Relationship Management (CRM).

Minimum Eligibility Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Must possess significant experience in Salesforce.com and an understanding of CRM
  • Self-starter with strong desire to succeed
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with all levels of the company
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Must be detail oriented and highly organized with excellent planning and work prioritization skills
  • Must possess excellent customer service skills and be able to prioritize our stores and associates
  • Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be results oriented, and demonstrate a sense of urgency with creative/innovative/forward

               thinking skills

  • Ability to think creatively and strategically while handling potentially complex issues
  • Must pass pre-employment background check

Preferred Qualifications:

           certification is desired

  • Experience updating Salesforce.com configuration to provide improved solutions
  • Strong Data Analysis and Salesforce Reporting Skills which will allow you to turn Data into Action
  • Ability to work well independently, as part of a team, and directly with store associates
  • Microsoft Office Proficiency
  • Retail background desired but not necessary

Essential Job Functions

  • Drive growth, manage, maintain and oversee key initiatives related to Salesforce
  • Develop training materials, and train store associates on a continual basis
  • Maintain user roles and system access
  • Ability to gather requirements, translate those requirements into a Salesforce design, and understand the impact/minimize the risk those changes would have on the current organization.
  • Enhance user experience in Salesforce
  • Develop new, and improve existing reporting dashboards and store/region level reports
  • Develop and lead regular, internal PRO Services project updates.
  • Work closely with PRO Services Sales team (field and store) to drive implementation of key projects and or programs including moderate travel to store locations across company to implement new projects and programs.
  • Solicit in-market and staff-level feedback on all Salesforce initiatives for continued improvement purposes and best practice sharing.
  • Prepare reporting and presentations for executive level updates regarding Salesforce initiatives
  • Perform additional functions, duties and specific tasks of a similar nature and scope as necessary to achieve assigned business objectives.

Working Conditions (travel,   environment)

  • This position is salaried, knowing it may include hours which exceed eight hours in a day or forty hours in a week.

  • Travel between 10-15% is required, including air and car travel
  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to a warehouse environment and moving vehicles. The noise level in the work environment is typically quiet to moderate.
