Pro Premier Analyst

Purpose:

The PRO Premier team is seeking a highly motivated and driven individual to help support the PRO Premier team. This position reports to the Director of PRO Strategy and Loyalty and would be instrumental in helping advance Floor and Decor’s PRO Strategy and Loyalty efforts. This role will be primarily responsible for running the day-to-day management of Floor and Decor’s PRO Premier Rewards loyalty program, including account management, data analysis/segmentation, strategic planning, troubleshooting, store support, vendor management, reporting and ad hoc analysis, while also supporting the PRO Premier team develop and manage various strategic initiatives. This role will work closely with other departments including Operations, Marketing, Finance/Accounting, and IT. The successful candidate must also be highly motivated to seek out process improvement, be detail oriented, as well as posses strong management skills who enjoys learning and growing in a fast pace position within a dynamic organization.

Minimum Eligibility Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Highly driven and motivated individual
  • Experience with Loyalty programs is preferred
  • Account Management experience preferred
  • Strong Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint and other Office 365 tools
  • Salesforce admin experience including running reports is preferred
  • Strong interpersonal skills to interact effectively at all levels and across a diverse culture
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Strong commitment to providing excellent customer service
  • Ability to own a project from ideation stage to final execution
  • Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
  • Specialized knowledge of retail is a plus
  • Must be able to seek opportunity without being given specific direction

Essential Job Functions:

Help build, execute and oversee strategies to provide best in class Loyalty Program and other strategic PRO initiatives. Must be interested in program management, data analysis, improving operational practices, and be a strong communicator/collaborator and be passionate about building strategies that help grow the PRO business and Floor and Decor.

  • Day-to-day management of Floor and Decor’s PRO Premier Rewards Loyalty program
  • Proactively look for areas of opportunity and work with stores and field leadership to execute PRO department strategic initiatives
  • Work cross collaboratively with other departments and own the vendor relationship as it relates to PRO Premier Rewards and other PRO department projects
  • Enhance existing PRO department reporting and establish new reports based on identified opportunities
  • Data Analytics based on Loyalty program and other department initiatives
  • Work closely with Store PRO teams and field leadership to provide support

Working Conditions (travel & environment)

  • Limited travel required including air and car travel.
  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to a warehouse environment and moving vehicles. The noise level in the work environment is typically quiet to moderate.
