P2P Operations Analyst

Purpose:
The primary purpose of this position is to support the Procure-To-Pay (P2P) process and the on-going operations for Coupa, Floor and Decor’s Procure-To-Pay platform. This role will also support the administration, maintenance, and configuration of Coupa, as well as provide level 1-2 help desk support. Additionally, he/she will leverage Coupa to support improvements in the Procurement function and Sourcing process.

Minimum Eligibility Requirements
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university (relevant experience can be substituted for the required education on basis of one calendar year of experience for one academic year of education)
Good understanding of Accounts Payable & procurement principles, including Accounts Payable best practices
Experience with working in cross-functional teams across different business functions
Ability to interact credibly with technical & business function professionals
Highly motivated and have an ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high energy and demanding team-oriented environment
Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration in a professional setting
Working knowledge of procurement technology, supplier, and catalog enablement processes
Background working in procurement or accounting
Experience in development of test cases and report defects
Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite
Demonstrated excellent written communications, negotiation skills and strong interpersonal skills
Working knowledge of financial systems used within large organizations and eProcurement systems

Essential job functions
This position will include but not be limited to the following:
Support operations for the non-merchandise Procure-To-Pay process and support employment of the optimal standard process for Floor and Decor
Conduct regularly scheduled maintenance of the eProcurement platform and requisite data elements
Liaise with the business to assess additions, removals, and changes of business objects (suppliers, users, items, accounts, etc.)
Regularly assess internal buying activity and supplier pricing against contractual terms
Assess implications of new software releases, configure accordingly, and support necessary change management
Ensure that all users, approvals, and filters are set up in accordance with Floor and Decor’s procurement policies
Develop and implement on-going training and communication programs with internal customer groups. This includes new employee training.
Monitor and regularly report on usage of P2P tools and develop and implement plans for improving tool usage/value
Coordinate the creation of test scenarios to fully test user access and permission rules; work with the eProcurement team and user community to help configure and test P2P end to end processes to meet business requirements and to test functionality, enhancements, and revised workflow processes
Provide support for user problems reported to the P2P Operations team by researching and troubleshooting end user issues and provide solutions
Support implementation and management of on-going operations for Floor and Decor’s eProcurement solution
Manage feedback and issue resolution to ensure commitments and milestones are met

Working Conditions (travel, environment)
Occasional travel required including air and car travel

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to a warehouse environment and moving vehicles. The noise level in the work environment is typically quiet.

Physical/Sensory Requirements
Sedentary Work – Ability to exert 10 - 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or negligible amount of force frequently to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time but may involve walking or standing for brief periods of time.
