Floor & Decor is seeking a Marketing Automation Manager to lead strategy and innovation to drive strong business results via Floor & Decor digital communication programs including email, text/SMS and app push messaging. They will manage marketing automation systems and campaigns, building strategy from the ground up.
Responsibilities include 1-to-1 (email, text/SMS, push) segmentation & personalization strategy, testing and optimization. The ideal candidate will come from a retail background with extensive email program management experience and a passion for digital marketing through email and content. The Marketing Automation Manager is responsible for building short- and long- term revenue via Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) as well as improving customer experience, in partnership with the Email Marketing Specialist. They will manage the relationship with our 1-to-1 (email, text/SMS, push) marketing agency to ensure they are delivering on goals and bringing our program to next, as well as manage the relationship and negotiate the SFMC contract with Salesforce. This position will align closely with the CRM Manager and content team to bring relevant messaging to customers throughout their shopping journey at scale.
