The L&E Paralegal directly reports to the Vice President, Associate Relations and Labor & Employment Counsel. This position will support our L&E attorneys in all litigated and pre-litigated matters and will drive the Company’s compliance efforts. This position will work directly with our L&E attorneys and will help to prepare for cases, perform regular compliance audits, maintain a compliance calendar, track litigation budgets and bills, serve as project manager for compliance projects, and maintain an organized system of case files and company documents. The L&E Paralegal will work on a varied range of projects and initiatives across the Company and will interface with all levels of associates in the field and across departments. The ideal candidate for this position is organized, professional, detail oriented, responsible, proactive, and committed to helping us meet all of the Company’s growing litigation and compliance needs.
