Five9 & Salesforce Administrator

Purpose:

Seeking an organized administrator for CRM & phone system. The individual will handle all basic administrative functions, including user account maintenance, reporting, dashboards, and other routine tasks, in SalesForce Service Cloud and Five9 Cloud Contact Center Software.

The Candidate must be a strong leader with excellent interpersonal and organizational skills. The candidate will serve as administrator for the customer Care Center Team. Key responsibilities include, CRM/phone integration, implementing operational procedures in regard to technology, and able to resolve/escalate all user-related issues.

Minimum Eligibility Requirements:

  • Experience in Salesforce.com and Service Cloud administration
  • Experience in call center cloud administration
  • Must be able to work with technical data as well as creative concepts
  • Must be results-oriented, and demonstrate a sense of urgency with creative/innovative/forward-thinking skills
  • Must be detail-oriented and organized
  • Proven problem-solving and team-building skills
  • Must pass a pre-employment background check
  • Performs any other related duties as required or assigned
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Ability to think creatively and strategically while handling potentially complex issues
  • Experience in analytically focused CRM role
  • Strong understanding of CRM KPI’s, data, & analytics

Preferred Eligibility Requirements:

  • SalesForce Certified Administrator
  • Experience with Five9 Cloud Contact Center Software
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Become SalesForce & Five9 Administrator or become certified in 90 days

Essential Job Functions:

  • All basic administrative functions and manage SalesForce.com data feeds and integration
  • Maintain user roles and system access
  • Enhance user experience in Salesforce, and assist in training
  • Ability to gather requirements, translate those requirements into a Salesforce design, and understand the impact/minimize the risk those changes would have on the current organization
  • Provides analytical support for special projects
  • Drive growth, manage, maintain and oversee key initiatives related to Salesforce
  • Develop new, and improve existing reporting dashboards, and prepare reporting and presentations for executive-level updates
  • Perform additional functions, duties and specific tasks of a similar nature and scope as necessary to achieve assigned business objectives

Working Conditions (travel,   environment)

  • Limited travel required (including air and car travel)

  • The noise level in the work environment is typically quiet to moderate
  • Work-from-home availability (Prerequisite of a quiet and distraction-free working space, must maintain internet and WiFi access.)  (Remote states:

    AL, AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, IL, KS, KY, LA, MD, NC, NJ, NV, OH, OK, PA, TN, TX, UT, VA, WI)

Physical/Sensory Requirements

Sedentary Work – Ability to exert 10 - 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or negligible amount of force frequently to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects.  Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time, but may involve walking or standing for brief periods of time."
