The Customer Delivery Project Analyst will be responsible for the major aspects of the Customer Delivery program. The Customer Delivery Project Analyst will be responsible for the operations of all customer deliveries. This position will be responsible for the customer delivery carrier base including but not limited to carrier vetting and contract management. The Customer Delivery Project Analyst will participate in all rate negotiations as well as make on the spot financial decisions. The Customer Delivery Project Analyst position will be required to create, maintain and implement Service Level Agreements as well as Standard Operating Procedures. This position will play a pivotal role in making the Customer Delivery program successful
