The Digital Marketing Manager role will be crucial in building Floor & Decor’s brand awareness, expanding its digital footprint and leading strategic digital marketing activities in support of ambitious growth objectives. This role is part of a growing team leading customer acquisition and growth across B2B and B2C customer segments. They will collaborate with internal and external partners to develop an integrated approach for dynamic marketing programs and campaigns across digital consumer touch points, which could include display, paid social, search & shopping, mobile/web experience, and emerging technologies.
Plan and execute digital advertising campaigns, including some combination of PPC/PLA, paid social media and display advertising campaigns
Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
Collaborate with marketing and ecommerce teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience to drive performance
Lead segmentation strategy across media channels to deliver the right message to the right person at the right time
Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners on campaign strategy & execution
Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
MINIMUM ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing (relevant experience can be substituted for the required education on the basis of one calendar year of experience for one academic year of education)
Two to Five years of relevant experience in digital marketing or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the job
Proven problem-solving and team building skills
Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite
Experience managing and leading PPC/PLA, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns
Working knowledge of SEO techniques and practices
Familiarity with A/B and multivariate testing
Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
Must be detail oriented and organized
Must possess excellent customer service skills and work well under pressure
Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment
WORKING CONDITIONS (TRAVEL, HOURS, ENVIRONMENT)
Sedentary Work – Ability to exert 10 - 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or negligible amount of force frequently to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time, but may involve walking or standing for brief periods of time.
