This position is responsible for supporting the Marketing department, Store Operations, and individual stores by owning all CRM administration tasks, such as user management, ensuring customer data quality, segmenting campaign members and creating / maintaining campaigns, reports and dashboards in Salesforce Sales and Marketing Cloud. Additionally, this position will work with the CRM Manager to empower various Marketing channels with the necessary data to take actions to grow our business. This position will be responsible for bridging the gap between our CRM computer systems, the users, and the consumers of its data. The CRM Administrator will need to be an organized self-starter, identifying & acting on training needs, consulting with best practices on how to implement new marketing initiatives and communicate opportunities and changes in the system to a wide array of audiences from store associates to the leadership team. The ideal candidate must have an in-depth understanding not only of the CRM software, but also of sales, marketing, business processes, and how they relate to the CRM software.
