Corporate Recruiter

This position is responsible for full-cycle recruitment which includes partnering with hiring managers to determine talent needs, identifying talent using various recruiting sources, social media and internet sourcing techniques, effectively screening talent and ensuring a smooth on-boarding experience.


  • Works with hiring managers to determine skills and experience required for success in the role.

  • Direct source and screen applicants, including scheduling candidates for interviews with the hiring manager and their input advisors.

  • Prepare and send out offer letters and new hire orientation packages

  • Assist with the onboarding of new hires

  • Communicate with hiring managers regularly to build relationships and determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans

  • Develop relationships with colleges/universities; partner with Career Services to coordinate on-site interviews and attend career fairs

  • Maintain all pertinent applicant and interview data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)

  • Promote company's reputation as being a "Best Place to Work"

  • Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology or General Business (relevant experience can be substituted for the required education on the basis of one calendar year of experience for one academic year of education)

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the job, as determined by the company (corporate or retail environment preferred)

  • High growth recruiting experience in a corporate or retail environment preferred

  • Excellent presentation and communication skills (verbal and written)

  • Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills

  • Possess a high sense of urgency and with the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities

  • Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite


  • This position is salaried, knowing it may include hours which exceed eight hours in a day or forty hours in a week

  • Occasional travel required including air and car travel

  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to a warehouse environment and moving vehicles. The noise level in the work environment is typically quiet to moderate.
