Customer Sales Support Supervisor

Purpose:

This position is responsible for leading customer facing sales support teams that support stores, Pro teams and the Customer Care Center. This position is responsible for driving sales close rates, and process improvement.  Key responsibilities will be achieving sales objectives and creating best in class operating procedures to achieve sales goals.    

Minimum Eligibility Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in sales and customer service leadership
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Demonstrated knowledge of customer service principles and practices
  • Must be detail oriented and highly organized
  • Ability to multi-task, meet call-center metrics and work well in a fast paced environment
  • Experience working in a retail environment a plus
  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite (intermediate level Excel)

Essential Job Functions:

  • Compile daily lists of leads and delegate to sales team associates
  • Collaborate with management teams to stay updated on new products, services, and policies
  • Provide assistance to management team members and executives as needed
  • Set and track sales targets for the team and provide
  • Suggesting and implementing improvements in the sales administration process
  • Build a high-performance sales team to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Provide timely and accurate reports on sales metrics and detailed action plans on  improvements
  • Build an open-communication environment for your team

 Working Conditions (travel & environment)

  • Travel may be required including air and car travel
  • The noise level in the work environment is typically quiet to moderate.

PHYSICAL/SENSORY    REQUIREMENTS

Sedentary Work – Ability to exert 10 - 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or negligible amount of force frequently to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects.  Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time, but may involve walking or standing for brief periods of time.
