The Health and Welfare Manager, Disability and Leave of Absence Services will directly oversee and maintain the leave of absence/ADA program (which includes family and medical leave, medical and non-medical accommodations, and other programs as assigned) and manage the associate(s), vendor(s), and processes supporting the benefits and LOA/ADA program. This position will serve as a liaison on all matters involving leave and accommodation management programs and will provide subject matter expertise on leave and accommodation administration to associates, managers, the Human Resources team, the Total Rewards team, and other stakeholders. Possessing a service and ownership mindset on all aspects of the LOA/ADA program, this position will drive operational efficiencies and positive associate experiences through the LOA/ADA lifecycle.
Minimum Eligibility Requirements:
Preferred Skills & Experience:
·10+ years as a Registered Nurse, Advanced Practice Registered Nurse, Nurse Practitioner, Occupational Health Supervisor, or equivalent position requiring daily assessment of physical and mental conditions and related restrictions in a medical, insurance, employment, benefits, or rehabilitation setting.
·10+ years supervising, managing, or leading a team of two or more individuals relating specifically to workers’ compensation, leave, or accommodations claim evaluation and processing.

Sedentary Work – Ability to exert 10 - 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or negligible amount of force frequently to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time, but may involve walking or standing for brief periods of time.
