Workday Recruiting Analyst

The primary responsibilities of this position are to support the operational needs of the recruitment team to attract the best candidates possible, while serving as recruiting administrator for all recruiting operations, tools, systems, programs and processes.  Will execute recruiting strategies and tactics to support the organization. Will manage projects to improve operational efficiency and data driven decision making across the recruiting organization.

Minimum Eligibility Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree and/or 4+ years of experience in recruitment specialist/coordinator role.
  • Working knowledge of recruitment systems-experience with Workday’s recruitment platform is preferred.
  • Good communication and facilitation skills are a must.  Ability to deliver recruitment and Workday process training at all levels within the organization.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, problem solving/resolution and follow-up skills.
  • Ability to exercise sound judgment and to identify opportunities for process improvement.
  • Exceptional organizational and skills.
  • Strong computer skills including PowerPoint and Excel. Must be data savvy with solid analytical skills.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Recruiting operations administrator for all our recruiting tools, Workday recruitment platform and programs.
  • Recommend system and process improvements to current recruitment processes to provide high quality services to the recruitment team.
  • Own recruiting process documentation to ensure all processes are up-to-date and recorded.
  • Responsible for activating job requisition requests in Workday.
  • Serve as the primary contact for support and maintenance of the applicant tracking system in Workday including researching and resolving escalated ATS issues.  Assist in the review, testing and implementation of Workday upgrades and patches before roll-out to end user. 
  • Oversee store job posting process for stores ensuring all jobs are posted timely and accurately.
  • Assist with collecting and analyzing recruitment data.
  • Support Store Support Center recruiters with scheduling and other administrative tasks.
  • Responsible for E-Verify compliance process.
  • Oversee background check process.  Work with background check vendor to discuss background delays, questions, concerns or updates.
  • Prepare for and facilitate weekly adjudication committee meetings, and ensure all adjudications are accurately documented, followed through and closed.
  • Administer drug testing process. Troubleshoot issues to ensure prompt resolution. Partner with vendor to setup background and drug process for new store openings, reasonable suspicion, and new testing kits. Provide training to store leaders on how to administer drug tests.
  • Partner with the Supply Chain Team and background vendor in overseeing the DOT process for all truck drivers ensuring the company passes all DOT audits at any given time.
  • Serve as HR project coordinator for new store openings; ensure HR processes are setup according to go live dates.
  • Manage internal recruiting mailbox by promptly responding to all inquiries with accurate information.
  • Manage facility poster process, including managing poster vendor and ensure that facilities get all required posters for hiring fairs, new store opening and changes to posters. 
  • Provide training to managers and associates on all processes relating to recruitment and onboarding of associates.
  • Provide ongoing support to the recruiting/talent team, HR Team for Stores and Floor & Decor’s field leaders 
  • Other responsibilities as assigned by HR Department.

Working Conditions (travel & environment):

  • Limited travel required including car and air travel
  • The noise level in the work environment is typically quiet to moderate

Physical/Sensory Requirements:

  • Sedentary Work – Ability to exert 10 - 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or negligible amount of force frequently to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects.  Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time but may involve walking or standing for brief periods of time.
