Jr Recruiter

We are looking for a Jr. Level Recruiter to support our internal roles while helping to shape and mold our TA team and processes. This role will have direct impact on company growth. If you are driven by a fast-moving environment and very adaptable to change this is the opportunity for you.

Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing and Hiring processes Coordinate hiring activities and participate in candidate sourcing efforts. Schedule calls and interviews. Help with resume screening and initial phone screens.

  • Clerical tasks - Undertake clerical duties at times (e.g. answering emails and drafting offer letters). Schedule interviews and keep calendars for all hiring teams and candidates. Resolve issues as fast as possible (e.g. interview cancellations).

  • Job Postings and interview scheduling - Prepare and post job ads online. Send out all bulk emails (e.g. confirming receipt of applications, rejection emails) and handle the paperwork (e.g. offer letters).

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of proven work experience as a Recruiter

  • Familiarity with the entire recruitment lifecycle

  • Tech-savvy

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Ability to juggle multiple calendars

  • Problem-solving aptitude

  • Critical-thinking skills


PHYSICAL/SENSORY REQUIREMENTS
Sedentary Work – Ability to exert 10 - 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or negligible amount of force frequently to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time, but may involve walking or standing for brief periods of time.

Store Support Center Associates
Provide leadership and support training on all Safety programs, processes and procedures, insuring that every associate is properly trained for their position.
Follow established Safety procedures in all aspects of work assignments applicable to the position. This includes participating in all Safety related training and acquiring certifications. Each associate is responsible for Safety at the Store Support Center and when visiting other company work locations. All Safety concerns must be brought to the attention of the management of a location and/or the Store Support Center Safety Department immediately.
